Restrict Access/opening/creating/modifying Any File

There should be an option to restrict access to creating/opening/modifying/ of a file(s) or registry entries/values/keys. e.g restrict creating/opening/accessing autorun.inf or file with any extensions.

I think this feature is already available by just using Windows utilities. It would be a lot tougher though if want to have an additional one.
Also, a list needs to be define on which registry files needed to be protected.

All these settings can be made from Windows Group Policies or by creating limited accounts in Windows.
For not, we won't implement this in the product.
