Unable To Install Bitdefender Total Security 2012

My notebook shows error when I try to open the DVD drive. The DVD driver is update and easily detects other CDs and DVDs. The notebooks DVD driver is TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-L632M ATA Device. I tried every possible solution, from MS Fix IT to deletion of Upper and Lower Filters under device registry. But nothing helped.
