My System File Receiving Packet From 23.57.74.254

My BDIS firewall alerted me that IP address 23.57.74.254 was sending packet to my IP and destination-the System file, or something like that, I blocked it on suspicion: here's the log from BDIS firewall, what gives? Someone trying to hack or get my personal info? :-

    Hello :)

In this case, the action is legit.

The product has blocked an intrusion into your system.

    Take care.

  • Do we know what is trying to intrude into the system, because Bitdefender show only "Program System" and not its name or what exactly it is?

  • Hello :)

All the details are stored in the log generated by the firewall module because most of them are irrelevant for an novice users.

If the action was blocked by the product, the PC is safe.

    Take care.
