My System File Receiving Packet From 23.57.74.254

My BDIS firewall alerted me that IP address 23.57.74.254 was sending packet to my IP and destination-the System file, or something like that, I blocked it on suspicion: here's the log from BDIS firewall, what gives? Someone trying to hack or get my personal info? :-

    Do we know what is trying to intrude into the system, because Bitdefender show only "Program System" and not its name or what exactly it is?
