Auto Scan And Auto Pilot Will Not Stay On

When I click 'on' under auto scan and click the auto pilot icon it immediately shifts back to off. This started yesterday night. System restore has failed 3 times. I got a warning that a potential malicious software was detected, it was from my Kodak printer software - so I uninstalled it. But I still can't seem to get back on to auto pilot mode. The anti virus scan came out 100% clean. So could anybody help me?

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
