Bitdefender Issue With Arctic Combat

I recently tried to beta for the new Arctic Combat game and I simply couldn't get it to work. After looking around I found out it used hackshield which had major problems with bitdefender in the past and apparantly still does today. I followed all the advice in this thread http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=28035 but nothing worked (this is while I was on the 2012 product), I then upgraded to 2013 total security and it still appears to have the same issues, as soon as I load the game up it just closes after about 10/15 seconds. Any help would be much appreciated.

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

    I am running version 16.24.0.1684 and it still doesn't work. I litteraly just switched over to Bitdefender a week ago (from Kaspersky because it kept running scans while I was gaming, but at least I could get games to work). Had I known I couldn't pause protection with Bitdefender, I wouldn't have purchased it. This is just pathetic that I am forced to wait for you to push out an update so that I can use my computer for what I want to do with it. AND I PAID YOU TO DO IT TO ME! Please fix this and allow me to pause protection. I tried turning off everything and the game still crashes. And we all know you can't stop bitdefender process.

    Please let me know if the compatibility issue with Arctic Combat game persists with the new build version 16.28.0.1763
