Cannot Renew My License

Hello Forum,

Recently, I went into the bitdefender page to try and renew my license in order to take advantage of the 35% discount. However, whenever I try to enter any of the two licenses I own the site says they are invalid. However, this is not possible since I am currently using both of the keys to protect my computer.

Any idea on what could be causing this issue?
