Errors After Installation

getting two different errors.

at starup: bdagent.exe the application was unable to start corectly (0xc000007b)

when launching defender pro 5 in 1: seccenter.exe with the same error

the machine is running window 7 64 bit. ive uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, with no errors during the install. ive been messing with this for several days to no avail. any help is appreciated
