Bitdefender Antivirus 2012 - Fatal Error

I purchased Bitdefender Antivirus 2012 recently through online shopping. But could not the install the same due to " FATAL error " at the

end the installtion. I have tried all possible ways. But could not install the same. I am here attaching the ZIP file after the generated from BitdefenderSupportTool.
