Bdfwfpf.sys Crashes When Certain Drivers Are Loaded
Dear BitDefender,
This has not happened as of recently so I have no dump file or other technical information to share, but in the past I have encountered problems where bdfwfpf.sys crashes with a blue screen saying "Driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations" when certain low-level drivers included with some other non-antimalware software are loaded on the system that hook in a certain way. It also happened when I used TrafficLight alongside non-Bitdefender antivirus software. Therefore, I would like to suggest that BitDefender reprogram the bdfwfpf.sys driver in both BitDefender's security suite products and TrafficLight so that BitDefender works alongside other programs such as the Citrix offline client without crashing the system in a future minor update or patch. If you can do that, that would be greatly appreciated.

Good Luck with that my friend... Please read thread Bitdefender & IT Technicians are CRAP ... a little bit of enlightenment for you. Unless you have a magical way of getting your problems resovled with this company .... I would be very grateful if you could enlighten me.
Peace

Hello
A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
