[resolved] Failed To Activate The Product
Hi! I'm a user in Taipei, Taiwan.
Today, I've upgraded my Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 to 2013.
When I tried to activate the product with the Installation Key of 2012, it was been denied.
It said, that the Installation Key can't be recognized.
I'm so confused and don't know what to do next.
Can someone help me to solve this problem? Thank you!
