D-link Camera Not Accessible
I have two DCS-942L D-Link cameras. One at home, one at my cottage.
I can access the local camera at either site, but cannot access the camera which is remote from the site. That is, I get the home camera at home, but not the cottage one, and vice versa. This is only on my 3 PCs that use Bitdefender and also all use Windows 7. From our local public library, where of course both cameras become remote, I cannot access either camera. On an older PC running Vista but NOT Bitdefender I can access both cameras from either home or cottage site or from our local public library.
Both home and cottage use TwoWire modem/routers on separate Bell Canada DSL lines. To add a little more info, I can access both cameras from either the house or the cottage using the Bell modem's wifi to feed Android 4.0 on a Samsung Galaxy SIII, or iOS 6 on my iPod, or iOS 5 on my iPad 1 - just not my PCs ru8nning Windows7/Bitdefender.
Can anyone suggest what I need to do to access the remote camera on my Windows 7 PCs running Bitdefender? I have spent hours on the phone to D-Link and they keep coming back to it being likely a Bitdefender problem.
My Bitdefender level is 16.20.0.1483. Both Bitdefender and computer are 64 bit.

Hello
A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
