...Unless you're a Sh..Bitdefender Employee who try and put positive views to back up a disgraceful company. If so you should be ashamed of yourself...or getting paid well for it!! !

All Bitdefender employees are part of the Technical Support or Moderators groups.Also, when this topic was started, you didn't mention the actual issue, a ticket ID, the product that you currently have installed.
So please open a topic, explain the situation in a few words, mention which product you have installed and I will be more than happy to assist you.
