Password Reset Internet Security 2012

Hi all

I have noticed that my bitdefender is not updating, because I do not have an associated account setup

However, when i try tp reset my password , i get sent a link, which appears to log me on to my

bitdefender account, and goes straight to the chnge password option. However, I need to enter the old

password before the new one what am I doing wrong?
