I bought Bitdefender Internet Security 2013, installed it but the same is not working as it says that the Licence Key I have been given with CD is not a valid one. Please resolve the issue.The serial key or Licence key it retrieved from the installation CD is XXXXXX.

I have interrogated your license key and it was generated only for your country.

In this case, please use this uninstall tool to remove the current version and install the product after the reboot by using this kit:
