No Working The Upgrade

Hello, my name is Gianluca and I'm writing from Italy. I'm sorry for my bad English.


I have buy the BitDefender 2013 yesterday for 3 PC and I have selected these sw for the parental control.


The Build is 16.22.0.1534 and the virus signature is 7843159 and the virus core machine is 7.43916


On the principal interface I select "Update" but the system say me "Last Update: Today" and download nothing but I have see that my Build is not the last.


Can you help me ? because with these build I can't open the parental control and I have buy these s/w for these function (when I try to open the parental control from mybitdenfender I see only the write "Loading" for 10 20 30 40 50 60 minutes ..... after I have close the browser).

    On two days I was able to open the interface of the parental control two or three times, I tried many times but have never been successful because after clicked the icon write "loading" without going to good end.


    Many times the icon Parental Control was as if I have no set up nothing and if the click on appeared the usual word "loading" but did not go beyond.


    One of the times I've made an underage user, I have configured setting a block on the content for only a.dult with words (tags), groups and as block web sites. The system say me that receipt of these changes, but when I tried with the underage user always gave me access to ****** sites including those on the list to blocked.


    In the few times I've managed to get into the remote control and the ****** site was present on the sites visited, I also selected the record straight and put it between the block list but nothing has changed.


    I do not understand how it works the parent control and if work.


    Can you help? Otherwise how do I downgrade to version 12, which does not have this function remotely? Whereas, however, I purchased a license for 3 PCs.
