Total Security 2013 Crash Windows Xp And Vista

I tried to install 2013 total security into two seperated machines that are running Windows XP and Windows Vista. After I installed the product into the machines, after a reboot, the system runs into a loading dead loop. The machines are able to boot, however, no matter what software I am trying to run, they just keep loading forever. Simply speaking, after I installed the total security, my machines become totally useless!

After I completely uninstall the total security ( I am lucky that I am able to uninstall the product in the safe mode ), the machines works again like before.

Now, I am just wonder that how can I install the product into my XP and Vista machines and at the same time, keep using my machines!
