Parental Control Password

Hello

I set up a password for parental control a while back. Forgot it, so I removed and reinstalled bitdefender, but still having problems. when i try to do anything with parental control, it asks for a password. Would appreciate some solution if there is one, other than reinstalling xp.

I'm sorry for the very late response.

When you un-installed BitDefender, did you use the Uninstall Tool? If you didn't, try it. It has a more aggressive approach of removing BitDefender from your computer, and I think it will remove that password as well.
