GWarren - Unable To Install Bitdefender

I purchased TS 13 back on November 1st. I'm still unable to install the product. I've tried to work with customer service, but they haven't been very responsive and it's now been two days since I've heard from them. My computer has no protection at this time. When unable to load the purchased product, I tried to load the free just for immediate safety. Couldn't do that either.


When I try to install the product, I get the message that the toolbox is being opened. I'm then asked if I want to install the product. Then I get an untitled web screen. I'm never even asked for my license.


Please help!
