I have posted a serious request for help on this forum.
The title is "Intelligent Data Protection".
It's a question about how to safeguard private information from being transmitted electronically without my knowledge, without preventing myself from sending it out when I actually want to do so.
As of today,
138 people have read it.
Over six weeks have passed since I posted it.
Bitdefender has provided the following help:
NONE WHATSOEVER.
Does anyone have any idea how to get help from Bitdefencder when we ask reasonable questions?
I am very rapidly starting to wish I had not bought this product and that I had bought my security software from a different company, one which provides adequate technical support - or even ANY technical support.
