Bgagent.exe Not Startup

I have not seen such an anti-virus program in my life.


I'm having trouble after the initial installation, it is still not start my use.


As of 11/16/2012 I got the license, but I'm doing the installation I get the ancestor of the later bgagent.exe.


uninstalled and re-installed several times. I used the debugger programs, but it did not help.


I use a 64-bit windows 8 pro and how can I solve this problem. <img class=" />


Is there any wonder you can not use the license returned to a situation like that?


I've bought it as a little regret.


I used it last year as a licensed antivirus bitdefenden and I have never known any trouble that way, I bought it, but regretted trusting. :huh:

    b ) Extract the contents of the downloaded file and run the 'autoruns.exe' file;


    c ) Wait for the list to be filled with all the processes and then make sure that you have the Everything tab selected in the upper part;


    d ) Click on the Disk icon right under File and chose any location folder on your computer;


    e ) Save the file with a specific name (your name, computer name, a random name, which one you want) and then send me a PM with it.
