Safe Box Issues, Support Ticket Id:201210151025909
I have a support ticket open from October 20, 1012 about some Safebox issues I have been running into. I submitted a log as well as some screenshots for this problem but have not heard back from Bitdefender. Can anybody from Bitdefender, hopefully Christian, check on this?

Same issue, but they have answered my ticket: Please reinstall it, great isn't? I did even pay for the installation that makes me laugh.
I am opening a new ticket right now

I tried again several days ago to check on the progress of fixing the Safebox issues I have encountered. No response to that or to my post in this forum from anybody at Bitdefender.
I have had enough. I have fought this program for months with issue after issue. at this point I am moving on to something else.
Having a security program that does not work correctly or that I can not trust is nearly as bad as having no security system.

they've had 5 business days to respond to my ticket, re safebox stating 256MB space not 2GB. opened new ticket today if no response will get refund

Did you resolve the space issue in the end? Rest assured Safebox comes with 2 GB free space available on our servers.

I found your ticket ID: 201211231000788, which confirms the resolution.
Everyone else: indeed, the Safebox service is often undergoing maintenance as we are implementing some changes in MyBitdefender.
