I Give Up

After three weeks I just quit trying to get any help! I foolishly bought a two year susscription for three machines. I have had to remove the product from two of them so far because they just quit working with Bit Defender software installed. the tech support people ask me stupid questions like am I sure it is installed correctly and did I disable all the features. If I have to disable all the features to make it run, what good does it do to have it installed.


I asked for a refund so I can use the money to buy something that works but have had no response for over a week. in the meantime the days keep clicking off my two year subscription. sems like a lousy way to treat a person after buying their product in good faith.


Poor company, Poor product, poor support. Buy your software some where else!!

  • I agree. Have just one problem. Contacted chat, blamed the software program. I am only trying BD on one computer for one year. I hope Eset gets gets their act together.


    The main problem seems to be updating software for Vista, alot of vendors also are trying to move to suites and not staying with their very well written basic apps. I will stay with XP !


    The only problem I have is with Forte Agent being allowed to use the http port for connection to my news server. Works with every other firewall. I tried every thing I could, but can't get it right and I am not a novice with this stuff.
