I'm not sure if I should have posted under similar topic already opened or open a new one, I decided to open a new one and apologise in advance if that was the wrong move 
My licence expired? I thought I had to reinstall the product, so I did, now my account says I still have so many days left, but the software still says it has expired. I assume I have to get a new key to get the software going again?
