These Files Can't Be Opened
I get the error message "These files can't be opened" when I click help&support and XX days left on the lower right of the menu (feedback is fine), and also when I go to the bank websites and any kind of payment related websites where safepay is activated, the same error messages show up for every single page I open. I found the thread with a similar problem, but it didn't help since I do not see "the safe-pay desktop short cut": http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=37706. The detail of the error message says that I can't open C:\\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender2013\XYZ.exe
I'd appreciate it if you could give me some advice what to do. Thank you.

I sent you a PM with URL to download my log file a while ago, but I haven't gotten any response. Now I get three messages (the same ones) when I connect a mouse to my laptop. I'm seriously sick with it. Please give me an instruction how to fix it. Thank you.
