Vsserve.exe

I have about had it with your product after several years of use. VSSERV.EXE has crippled my pc when it is running for 30min at a time. I cant get anything done. How do I get rid if this or tell me how to remove your product. I did updates and send you the results of a the "STANDALONE SUPPORT TOOL LOG" and have gotten nowhere. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious that I have to take the time and resolve these issues with an antivirus much less all the bs that windows has. THIS IS A KNOW ISSUE AND IS ALL OVER IN FORUMS AND NO ONE HAS A SOLUTION.

    I am very sorry to hear this.


    I kindly inform you that the issue you reported here was resolved in build number 16.0.26


    Please make sure you are using the latest build version 16.28.0.1763 (right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
