Firewall Allowing Rules Without Asking In Pmode

Hello, this has happened to me once. the problem is that some rules are being asked and some are being added without prompt. This happened to me before and it was because for some reason bitdefender was switched from home/office to trusted, i switched back and was fixed... and now is in home office and is starting to add some programs automatically.
