Internet Connectivity Error While Using Bitdefender Windows 8 Web Installer

Hi. I would like to seek help for Windows 8 installation via the web installer. The OS I am using is of course Windows 8.

This message comes up whenever i try to install the product: " This product requires an internet connection in order to install. Please check your connection settings and try again."

I am already connected to the internet while trying to install the product. I am using a broadband connection and I am based in India.
