Internet Error? Oh Really....

I do not understand how is it possible to receive such an error despite the fact that I AM connected to the internet but through a router, and despite my attempt to use the original internet connection it said the exact same thing, I am using windows 8 Pro x64, and also it appears that SmartScreen can't reach the internet either, however every online game that I played works flawless, and my internet does not have any problems at all.
