Hotmail,gmail(javascript?) Stopped Working

hello,

Since i uninstalled bitdefender I'm having problems in all my browsers (so it has nothing to do with the browser) with hotmail, gmail and other javascript programs. When i try to sign in with hotmail, it keeps sending me back to the sign in page. In google, it keeps saying my cookies are turned off(which they are not).

Does bitdefender install some add-ons that might cause this?

I also heard that perhaps it closed some ports that hotmail/gmail uses?

I really hope you can help me.
