Still Waiting For Help

I submitted a log file on this past Sunday for Ticket ID:201211301000527 and haven't received a reply. My husband's computer was infected with the FBI Moneypak virus which Bitdefender did not catch. I can't run a full system scan or download or open attachments. We really need to get this fixed. Does it usually take this long to respond back?
