Early Renewal Problems

I renewed my copy of Bitdefender and updated to Bitdefender 2013 a while ago using the special offer of 3 PCs for $39.95. Everything went smoothly but now I noticed that my Bitdefender license is going to expire. I'm not sure what has gone wrong but any assistance would be much appreciated as I do not want to be left unprotected or have to fork out more money.
