Upgrading Bd

Hi, I'm having problem about upgrading my Bitdefender.

Currently I'm using BD10plus and want to upgrade to BD2008 since the key can continue to be used before expired.

Now the problem is I had uninstalled BD10plus and installed BD2008, and when i want to register the key, it mentioned that the key is used for other products. I had checked the compability and said that my version of BD can be upgraded by using the same key.

Dear i hate viruses

The key for Antivirus plus only works for BitDefender Internet Security 2008 for the remaing days on your old license.

But i had tried 3 different version of bitdefender 2008, and my license key still active, around 1/2 year time.

It just said that the key is from different product and cannot be used even on Bitdefender Internet Security 2008.

What's the problem for this ? :wacko:

Dear i hate viruses,

You have to contact customer care because you are able to use that key for Internet Security 2008. You can contact them here. Select customer care. I was able to use my key that was for BitDefender Antvirus Plus for Internet Security 2008.
