Whole Windows 7 Computer Slowed Right Down
In common wiuth many other members of the forum I have experienced severe problems with Bitdefender 2013 on 3 different computers since installing it
Internet speeds have drastically slowed, Windows Explorer can take up to a minute to load, saving files to disk often takes more than a minute, the laptop fan is often on. In fact the whole system is just painful to use. This was never the case with 2012 which I was happy with
I bought licenses for all the computers in the household and now am thinking I have completely wasted my money
Surely Bitdefender must recognise that there are severe performance issues with this product
Also I notice the Outlook Web Access no longer works properly, in that it does not seem to refresh anymore and I have to hit f5 to see if there are new emails. Something similar also happens in Windows Explorer which does not seem to refresh either. If you create a new folder or add a file to a folder, you need to hit refresh before you see it. This was never the case before I installed Bitdefender 2013
