Unwanted Renewal Subscription
Hi,
Today i saw on my credit card's bill that bitdefender has been bought. I'm not interested in bd 2013. Im not using it on any computer. Didnt receive any email about renewal. I saw on forum about auto renewal, that's seem to me incredible. I'm currently calling my credit card supplier to make cancel take bill. I'm not using that Anti-virus and I don't want too. I want a total refund please.
