Windows 8 Action Center Displays Security Warnings

Although Bitdefender AV Plus is showing "all green", W8 action center has two red-warnings about antispyware and antivirus not being active. selecting "Turn on and update Bitdefender Antivirus/Spyware" is doing nothing to solve the problem.

Only way to fix it so far is to do a full repair of BD. But after switching accounts several times (LiveAccount / DomainAccount) the problem is back again...
