So my PC Tools ran out today an I decided to try something new, I looked online and found some nice reviews about Bitdefender, so I decided to try it. So far, worst mistake in a while. Since I downloaded it, Chrome has completed stopped working, I effing hate IE which now I am FORCED to use since my zilla doesnt work with this poc. I have been googling solutions, reading your forums but nothing ACTUALLY addresses the problem. One guy says to DL the latest version, WTF, I JUST bought it today, if I do not have the latest version you guys are a bunch of #$%^&!
I can tell you I have used PC Tools for years and never had an issue on any computer with any software. I am usually the last person to change when something works, but for whatever reason, here I am. I am fairly computer literate, so normally I just figure things out on my own, but having dedicated hours of my life to this now, I just need it fixed.
You guys have 2 options, either just refund my money and I will go back to what has worked, or send me a step by step fix, as I am sure you have it since I see many others complaining about the exact same thing. I can assure you this is not wtf I wanted to be doing on Christmas eve.
Edited to add, here is the error: Error 137 (net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED): Unknown error.
Also, please do not come back and tell me it is something on my end, it has worked PERFECTLY since I bought this computer and dl'ed it, everything worked perfectly until I dl'ed your product.

No responses and no emails. Just because you ignore a problem doesn't make it go away. If you are not going to even attempt to help, who do I see about a refund?
I did see on the purchase order you need to attempt to have the problem resolved before you will be refunded, is this how you get around refunds? Just don't reply to complaints? If I do not hear something back in the next 24 hours, I will send my complaint to the BBB and the NCB.0 -
