I have purchased a 3 user license key from "bitdefender.ir". after receiving an email containing 3 seven-digit keys, i tested them all on my TS-2013 which I downloaded from "bitdefender.com" but it does not evaluate the key. Then I remove bitdefender and install it from "bitdefender.ir" and again it didn't work. I contacted their support service and they advised me to use a 2012 or use 2013 for a 30 days trial (which is not possible for me because I have used it before) for a while. I want to ask you that "is it true that my license should only be used with the bitdefender that is downloaded from their site (not yours?). and how much should I wait to be able to use TS 2013?
