So super frustrated right now. I just checked my credit card account and say that bitdefender had charged me. I thought that I renewed/upgrade my bitdefender already using a different card. It would appear that perhaps my 2012 license had auto-renew, which must be default because I certainly did not personally set this to auto-renew. What is worse is I cannot log onto Mybitdefender to see if that is what actually happened or if something else happened. I purchased 2013 already. I have never had any product in the past autorenew from bitdefender so I have no clue whay this would happen no. If the 2012 license did in fact renew and charge my account and I would like that refunded. I cannot call because I cannot log into my account and get my license number.
One of two things are going to happen here:
1) We sort this out and you refund me. I will then make sure any autorenews are off in the future and I will remain a happy customer. 
2) I get no help and I dispute the charge with my credit card company and you lose a customer forever.
