Ran Rescue Cd - Need To Know What To Do Next

I ran the Rescue CD scan and it found 5 virues, but could not repair them. How can I look at the results to find more information.
I can't find the virus entries it displayed anywhere to find out how to eliminate them. I also don't know if it quarantined anything or not.
Can I reboot my machine and still find the scan results or do I have to find them while booted to the CD?
