Cannot Uninstall Bt 2008

Hi, I have a key for the BD v10 Internet Security but I had to format my pc. Then when I downloaded BD again I donwloaded the 8 version instead of the v10. I did everything right, but did not reboot my pc after the install was complete.

Then I realized that it was not the version I previously had and the key would not work. So I proceeded to uninstall the IS 8 via Control Panel but I could not. After that the BD link was not in that list anymore and when I went to unistall it via the Start Menu it said I could not uninstall it cause it was not installed, but this is awkward, cause I can still open the IS 8 without a problem.

Now I cannot install the v10 version because it says I have a higher version installed on my pc...

I tried using the system restauration but still cannot solve the problem.

Any help?

Please download IS. Disable your I - connect and start the Uninstall - Tool.

After an Reboot you can install IS v.10.
