Try Having Customer Support That Actually Works.
I have problems since installing BTS 2013 12 days ago. I have used live chat 7/8 times, raised 3 ticket numbers, chased up my outstanding queries, sent emails. All they say on live chat is it will be logged and hear within 24/48 hrs, or asap. Then they say it will be made a priority. After 10 days they apologise as my query was not followed up at all and raise it again. Still no response or solution, apart from 1 e mail i had after about 4 days that said try repair which did not work.
The worst customer support ever, they either have not enough staff or are not knowledgeable enough or don't care about customers.
