Access Scanning Is Disabled - Problem

I am getting red colored bitdefender warnings on access scanning. After i pushed the 'Start' button to solve the problem, nothing happened. I am getting this message constantly. Why is that? What does it mean?

    Please let me know if this issue persists with the latest build version 16.28.0.1789


    (right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

  • Yes, the problem persists even in version 16.28.1789. Really annoying.


    Also, the setting cannot be changed from Custom. That problem comes and goes


    with various updates.
