Rescue Usb

I have been unsuccessful in running the Rescue cd on my Windows 7 64 bit machine so I turned to the Rescue cd on a USB. It loads fine and it goes through an update automatically but when I press Scan Now it is not picking up the hard drive, it just shows the files on the usb. The file I have downloaded is bitdefender-rescue-cd.iso. Help needed.
