No Internet Connection After Installing

Hello,


after installing BIS 2013 and 2nd restart of my PC, there is no internet connection. Nothing i tried could fix it, except unninstalling BIS. Im using windows 7 ultimate 64bit, and ADSL. I couldnt find any usefull answer on the web, so please help me cause im currently without any protection.
