I think you have to locate and delete them manually as you know Bitdefender's developers are not willing to give the control over their product by providing more and helpful options.
Omer, we know that Bitdefender is designed for ordinary users, as they will be able to clear the sandbox? The developers have stated fully automatic functionality, without user intervention.
