Receive The Same Forum Topic Notification Again En Again

This afternoon when I opened my Outlook Express I got a few topic notification (I get them when someone responds to my post). When I opened them they were all the same, meanwhile antispam was scanning and my Internet Provider incoming server responded no more. Since then every time I open OE I receive a few of those mails and then the IP incoming server responds no more. I guess there is a worm around and my IP server discovers it after releasing a few emails but then automatically blocks the traffic.
I hope the problem would be attended soon as I am not able to receive my other posts.

I think the problem is fixed as the emails have stopped coming.
