Dear community,


since December 2012 there is a problem with BD downloading files. As all Internet actions like streaming videos, listening radio, downloading files, and so on are just (you already know, don't you) downloads - try to install a Microsoft hotfix, which was posted by Adriana S.:

I would like to let you know that the testing team is still working on this situation, and, for the moment, we have found a possible solution in order for the issue to be solved; please install the Microsoft hotfix linked below and let us know if the issue persists:

Btw: It would have been a good idea of BD support to create a thread like this ... but they didn't do it.
