If I try to install Bitdefender on the system on which hotspot shield software is already installed, Bitdefender don't prompt to uninstall it although its detection is present in the "extern" folder as "hotspot.xml". And the installation process did not continue and there is no progress even after long time. It seems that hotspot shield prevents Bitdefender installation silently. Same issue I faced during installation Bitdefender 2013 product line and also for Bitdefender Free Edition.
