Invalid Key

Hi, i got a problem with my license key, i have been using it for a year and had no problem with it, but couple days ago it suddenly became invalid.....i bought it for Bitdefender internet security 2012 3pc/3years....i have sent an email to the customer service but still hasn't got any feedback until now. Can somebody help me?

just got feedback from the customer services and it seems my key which i bought from reseller was for promotion purpose......

so please close this thread, thanks
