I have BitDefender 2013 and use Incredimail ,The filter is set to aggressive....but misses about half the Spam..keep adding email addies to my black list..

Could you tell me if the spam e-mails detected by Bitdefender are marked with the [spam] prefix in the subject line?
Did you create a rule to move the e-mail messages marked as [spam] by Bitdefender to a custom quarantine folder?

Send yourself an e-mail from an account outside your network using the string of characters indicated on the website. This is a test that will determine if the Antispam filter of your Bitdefender product is detecting incoming spam.
